El Calentador de neumáticos calienta la superficie de goma del neumático, de modo que el caucho puede llenar mejor las pequeñas grietas de la pista, proporcionando un mejor agarre en las primeras etapas de la carrera. Tener la superficie del caucho caliente aumenta el coeficiente de fricción del caucho, lo que aumenta su capacidad de agarrar la superficie de la pista.
El uso de los calentadores de neumáticos Racing Star le brinda la ventaja de que los neumáticos estarán listos tan pronto como salga a la pista.

SKYRC presenta el interruptor de alimentación con un micro interruptor controlado por MCU para su modelo controlado por radio.
Una simple pulsación activa el interruptor, esto elimina los problemas asociados con el contacto irregular de un interruptor mecánico ordinario. La unidad es de plástico y esta sellado, puede montarse fácilmente en su modelo, (Se incluyen dos tipos de tapas inferiores, el usuario puede cambiar la cubierta inferior).
El interruptor también cuenta con un modo LiPo, al activarlo en el interruptor detectará automáticamente el voltaje bajo de LiPo y cortará la energía para proteger su LiPo de más descarga. Aparte de que el interruptor de alimentación le informa sobre la capacidad y las condiciones restantes de su batería.
